In December 2016, there was a scarcity of aerosol whipped product in America, with canned whipped product use at its peak in the course of the Christmas and holiday getaway year, resulting from an explosion within the Air Liquide nitrous oxide facility in Florida in late August. Nitrous oxide is a major occupational hazard for surgeons, dentists
